This policy explains how Visualizer Lighting Studio handles information when you create lighting shows, use AI-assisted editing, publish community content, or purchase a subscription.

Information we process
We process account details, authentication records, projects, uploaded music and visual media, stage definitions, lighting timelines, usage counters, and technical diagnostics needed to provide and secure the service.
Creative content
Your project content is used to store, render, analyze, export, and display the shows you request. You remain responsible for having permission to upload and use that content.
AI-assisted features
When you invoke AI Lighting or AI Stage Designer, relevant instructions and scoped project context may be sent to the selected AI provider. Provider choice, user-supplied API keys, and training preferences follow the controls shown in the product.
Community and public shows
Content you deliberately publish may be visible to other users or the public, including profile attribution, reactions, comments, and show details. Draft and private projects are not made public by merely saving them.
Payments
Vietnam payments are handled by payOS and international payments by Paddle. We store normalized order, subscription, and entitlement records, but payment providers process the sensitive payment credentials used at checkout.
Retention and security
We retain information while needed to operate accounts, meet legitimate security and billing obligations, and resolve disputes. Access controls, validation, and provider signature checks protect sensitive operations; no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can update account information, control what you publish, remove eligible content, manage subscriptions through available billing tools, and contact support about access or deletion requests.

Use the Contact page and authenticated Support widget for privacy requests. Business legal name and address will be added here before public production launch. Do not send secrets in support messages.
